I signed up for a class, and can't attend any more. Can I reschedule?
If you need to re-schedule, we simply require at least 48 hours' notice. We can then transfer your ticket to the next class of the same topic, on its next scheduled date. If there is no future date confirmed yet, we can hold onto your credit, and get in touch once new dates are announced.
If you give less than 48 hours' notice, then you cannot transfer to a future class date, but you can still give your ticket to a friend or colleague.
If someone other than the ticket buyer will be attending the class, please send an email to email@example.com with the attendee's name and email address.
